Front-End Web Developer, Coding Dojo Developer Bootcamp, Bellevue, WA — 03/2017 - 07/2017
I completed an immersive, full-stack web development program with a focus on client-side development. It consisted of more than 800 hours spent learning and the application of HTML/CSS, Python/Django, MEAN, and C#/ASP.Net MVC.
PROJECTS:
Website Redesign Experiment (front-end) — A redesigned version of a local restaurant’s website including a complementary case study
I hand-crafted a new design for a Mediterranean restaurant. Features include single-page scrolling, sticky navigation bar, tabbed image gallery, multiple Google API utilization, and thematic styling throughout. The case study provides a breakdown for each design decision.
// Developed using JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS. //
The Wall (C#) — A social networking application, similar to Facebook, featuring a login/registration page and message posting
For this project, I structured the database tables and joins, implemented sessions, validations, data mapping, and class structures between forms and database. I created a simple, singular webpage interface for message content to display.
// Developed using C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity, MySQL, HTML, and CSS. //
